Tishman Speyer insults Stuyvesant Town dog owners again

Somehow I must have missed this. Maybe the flyer in my building was torn down. I saw this in Stuy town’s Lux Living.

As if the last few insults¹ were not enough, Tishman-Speyer is offering a free dog walk if you buy four from Oval Concierge??

I have recently moved out of PCV, and although my apartment was cleaned throughout by myself, I was charged 700$ for additional cleaning. Including the replacement of a sink that was brand new and pristine. I can’t figure it out and we are speaking with the legal department about it.

I beg your readers, especially the dog owners, to take pictures of your clean apartment when you move out. I can see ST/PCV charging pet owners even more outrageous and made up fees because they had pets. Please protect yourselves.

I wish someone had alerted me to this sooner.
