Including the replacement of a sink that was brand new and pristine. I can't figure it out and we are speaking with the legal department about it. I beg your readers, especially the dog owners, to take pictures of your clean apartment when you move out. I can see ST/PCV charging pet owners even more outrageous and made up fees because they had pets. Please protect yourselves. I wish someone had alerted me to this sooner.
