Mr. Smith would be surprised to know that many of the current dog owners include long-time residents of the complexes of whom most are quite responsible adult owners. The venom being directed at dog owners seem to reflect misdirected anger over the sale and failed financing of the change in ownership of ST/PCV. Leave the responsible pet owners alone and find more effective ways to challenge CW Capital’s management policies. [...]
