Hartz Treat Recall

Hartz Mountain Co. is voluntarily recalling one specific lot of Hartz Natural Real Beef Treats (74,700 bags) because of fear that one or more bags within the lot may have been potentially contaminated with Salmonella. The lot being recalled is the following: code BZ0969101E, UPC number 32700-11519. The lot was imported by Hartz from a Brazilian company and was distributed to customers in the United states. As of yet, however, Hartz has not received any reports of a pet or human becoming sick.
