Founded and operated by dog trainer Colleen Safford, the New York Walk & Train team offers unequalled services to the waggishly deserving dogs and fur parents of Manhattan! Voted "Best of NY' by NY Magazine.

Walking: NY Walk & Train offers one on one walks with the same dog walker daily. Each session is complete with a progress report detailing the adventures of your dog's walking session. We provide 1/2 hr, 45minute and one hour sessions.
Call us to set up a meet and greet previous to starting services.

Boarding: NY Walk & Train offers 3 wooftastic boarding options designed to please all fur kids.

1. Country Boarding at Far Fetched Acres (<!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.farfetchedacres.com">www.farfetchedacres.com</a><!-- w -->) - Far Fetched Acres is the city's dogs ultimate country getaway! We provide complimentary pick up and drop off in Manhattan. Your dog will be woofed away to enjoy hours of off leash play and romping in our safely fenced in acre dog run. All play is supervised. Dogs must be dog friendly. Your pup will send you postcards and photos during his vacation with us too!

2. Client Home Pet Sitting - Do you and your pup feel most comfy with your pup staying at home? One of our trained and professional caretakers will stay in your home with your pup. Previous to departure a meet/greet is scheduled to go over your pup's needs, routine and the ins and outs of your apartment.

3. Our Home Boarding - Send your pup to one of our caretakers' apartments in the city. Your pup will be cared for as if they were ours and will receive the same consistency in routine that you provide.

Training:
Private Lessons - Scheduled in your home to address all behavior issues. Positive reinforcement based.
Walk & Train - Combine exercise and school! Get some fresh air and learn some basic manners at the same time.
Board & Train: Come to Far Fetched Acres to romp, play and learn the basics!
